Barraba has a large number of sporting and recreational pursuits. The following is not a complete list. More information will be added as it comes to hand.

 

 Pentagon Dance

Classes for Children and Adults
Focusing on Movement, Balance, Confidence, Teamwork and Fitness 
through Dance, Music and Performance
     
Toddler Movement & Music Class – done with parent/carer present. Develop fine and gross motor skills, balance and socialisation. Fun dance routines.
Jazz/ Modern/ Fitness Based Dance – develop confidence, improve balance, fitness and experience a team environment.
Tap Dancing – learn about sound and rhythm along to modern music as well as some from the famous musicals.
Classical Ballet – basic classical ballet positions, stretching and strengthening the muscles, develop body control, improve posture and stamina.
Ladies Class – Stretch & Basic Dance – gentle stretching, fun dance routines, time out for mums. Toddlers welcome to join in if required.
Boys Only Class – ‘tap dogs’ style boot dancing and modern movement.

The Barraba Golf Course, on Trevallyn Road, is available for social golf at any time, outside competitions, cards available, Honesty box for green fees at 10th Tee. The Clubhouse is a spacious and popular venue for weddings, Birthday Celebrations, Meetings etc with a seating capacity for 150 people. Full bar facilities are available, no poker machines.
